Checking with the Better Business Bureau

Today I checked with the BBB and read their report on Specialty Merchandise Corporation (SMC). It had 750 complaints. It bothered me a bit but then I remembered reading that a company which does a lot of business is going to have complaints. You will never please everyone all the time and the report does have a blurb about that.
